contract and support

Direct contracting.
Key Group has been providing direct support to various DoD agencies since 1996.  Work performed has included Audio/Visual Support, Telephone Operator Services, and General Office Support.  Our customers have been the U.S. Navy and the Department of the Interior.  Our service to the Navy has been continual since 1998 when we won a competitive fixed price contract to provide Audio/Visual Support Services to the Port Hueneme Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center (PHD NSWC).  This contract has been re-competed twice since then and re-awarded to Key Group in both instances.  Based on our success on this contract, we were recently awarded a series of contracts at PHD NSWC for developing and producing the audio/visual content for a training course demonstrating the Encanisterization and Decanisterization procedures for the TOMAHAWK missile.  These contracts are described in the following paragraphs.

Audio/Visual support services.
Key Group provides all labor, supervision, equipment and supplies necessary to effectively support the day-to-day operations of the Audio Visual facilities in Building 1388 at the Port Hueneme Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center (PHD NSWC).  This includes a wide range of audio-visual services and products including equipment loan-out, operation of audiovisual training aids and scheduling and setup of Video Teleconferences. Our personnel have provided first level installation, integration, operation and de-installation support of AV equipment at various PHD NSWC locations.  We often provide support after hours and on weekends as well as support at off site locations. This support has continued, uninterrupted, for 11 years.

TOMAHAWK Interactive courseware development.
Key Group provides Interactive CourseWare (ICW) development services for the Port Hueneme Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center (PHD NSWC). Our personnel are developing updated training information about the Encanisterization and Decanisterization procedures for the TOMAHAWK department. This task involves incorporating text, graphics, pictures and videos into complex MS Word documents. The documents are maintained in the NAVSEA Corporate Document Management System (Livelink),  Our personnel are responsible for scripting, shooting and helping to edit the required photos and videos to illustrate the updated procedures.
